The RNC Energy Efficiency Learning Center (EELC) has officially launched with over 30 RESNET CEU courses available at no cost to participating RNC Raters.
Eligible raters must be local employees of participating organizations or those employees who are directly involved with RNC homes at remote offices.
How to enroll in RESNET CEU Certified courses in the EELC:
Log in to the EELC at https://deprnc.learnupon.com/users/sign_in
If you are unsure if you have a login, first try to click the “Forgot Password” link on the login page.
If you are still unable to login email DEPRNC@icfprogram.com.
Confirm your name is entered and correct in your EELC Profile. **Your name must be on the final certificate that gets sent to your rating provider upon receipt of CEU's.
On the top right of the home page, select your username, then “View My Profile”.
Ensure your first and last name are correct and select “Save” if changes were made.
Once you are signed in under your correct profile, in the top left corner of the homepage click on “Dashboard”.
Select “Catalog”.
On the left side of the screen under “Category” select “RESNET CEU”.
Locate the course you are interested in taking and select “Enroll”.
How to file for RESNET CEU's upon successful course completion (these instructions will be provided in the EELC after complete a RESNET Certified course):
Once you finish the course select the course title on the top right hand side of the screen.
In the center select “Certs and Credits”.
On the top right of the certificate select “Download”.
Save the PDF
Send the certificate to your Rating Provider
Certificates have the course's name, your name, course completion date, any relevant score and the associated RESNET CEU course number and credit hours.
Your rating provider will provide the certification/proof to RESNET on your behalf.
